Bricks to Billions

Start with one rented flat and build a property empire on real London and Istanbul maps.

Goal
Grow your net worth by buying homes, renovating them, finding good tenants and selling at the right time. Reach the first net-worth goal and outgrow your rival realtor before the 2-year playtest ends.

How to play
1. Open the Market and pick a home you can afford. Haggle with the seller if the price is high.
2. In the home's Manage tab, set the rent and list it. Applicants arrive at month's end.
3. Tap ⏩ (top right) to end the month, then pick a tenant and collect the rent from the map.
4. Renovate or redesign homes to raise their value and rent. Try items first, pay only when you confirm.
5. Watch the market index, your rival and events. Sell high, buy low, and keep cash for surprises.

Controls
Touch or mouse: tap/click everything. Drag to pan the map, pinch or scroll to zoom. In the design view, drag furniture to move it. Esc closes pop-ups on desktop.
